- Entry to the Intel® Crysis® Mapping Contest implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
- Entrants must be aged 16 years or over or must obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardian. Entrants must not be employed by Intel Corporation (UK) Ltd, its affiliates and subsidiaries or must not be related to their families, or persons directly involved in the administration of this competition. Void where prohibited. All national and local laws and regulations apply.
- No purchase is necessary. All entries must comply to the tournament rules to qualify for the prizes.The competition will run from 15th of January 2008 until 17th of June 2008. Subsequent entries will be automatically disqualified. Winners will be notified after each map contest. The winners will be notified by within 72 hours after the end of each map contest. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your prizes.
- Intel Corporation (UK) Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for entries or maps not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions, or due to lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete entries. Any entries or maps found to be duplicate or fraudulent will result in the participant being excluded from the contest. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
- Following is a detailed listing of how the prizes are distributed to the winners of the different categories.
- Entrants agree that Intel Corporation (UK) Ltd, its parent or subsidiaries advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have not liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by winner for any injuries, losses or costs or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or parts thereof, or from participation in this Competition.
- If a consensus can’t be found at point Nº8, Intel Corporation (UK) Ltd reserve the right to take the decision of the winners and this will be final and legally binding. Final prizes are to be defined on Intel’s sole discretion. Intel Corporation (UK) Ltd will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the competition.
- Should tax liability arise, then it will be the responsibility of the winners to notify their own Government's relevant tax department. Intel Corporation (UK) Ltd and any other Intel subsidiaries take no responsibility or liability for taxation or for any other costs incurred in connection with the prizes received in this promotion.
- The duration of the Game on Intel Crysis Mapping Contest is from 15th of January 2008 until 17th of June 2008
- The promoter of this competition is Intel Corporation (UK) Ltd (UK) Ltd, Pipers Way, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN3 1RJ, Great Britain. This Competition was administered by Crytek Studio in Frankfurt
- Intel Corporation (UK) Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and to suspend or terminate the competition at any time and for any reason, without notice. Intel makes no commitment to update information contained herein. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules.
The judge of the winners are Intel Corporation (UK) Ltd, Electronic Arts, Crytek GmbH, ClanBase, ESL, EAMasters, InCrysis Teams [00] and GT and the pre-SDK teams.
